We explore a range of topics that will help you build stronger mind-body connections, decrease your stress, and increase your level of happiness. At the core of all of our workshops are:

The Breathing Class
Created by Dr. Belisa Vranich, The Breathing Class draws upon sports science, yoga, and martial arts. Participants learn the biodynamics of breathing as well as gain insight into their own breathing patterns. A baseline is established in measurable terms – and progress can be seen after completing a simple 10-minute daily breathing workout. In addition to improving your capacity for breathing, you will also learn exercises that will strengthen your core!

Creating Calm: Step Away from Stress
Create calm in a very busy day by using these strategies that help your mind and body work together. In 60 minutes, you will learn how your body is designed to react to stress, what happens when stress “runs wild”, and what you can do to be more balanced. You will leave with a plan of action to use the strategies and we will follow up with you to help support you in your efforts!

Charcuterie Design: Mindfulness in Motion
Wouldn’t it feel great to bring an impressive Charcuterie Board to your next holiday gathering? Join us for a fun evening where you can learn how to create a beautiful charcuterie board from a trained Chef while learning how to practice mindfulness from a licensed psychologist. We will have some great music, pair the food with some lovely wine and provide you with an array of ingredients to choose from. You will put together a 10”x10” bamboo board with up to two cheeses, two types of meat, one spread, and assorted crackers. You will be able to bring your board home with you. It’s great for 2 to 4 people – or perhaps grazing for one!
