Shipping and Payment Information

Items are typically shipped within 3 business days via USPS priority mail. Depending on your zip code, items will generally arrive 1-3 days from purchase. Tracking information is emailed on all orders. Please confirm your mailing address upon checkout. If you provide an incorrect address, the cost of reshipment will be incurred by the buyer.

Shipping is waived on purchases of $40 or more. All Shipping and Payment must be made before the item(s) is shipped. No exceptions.

All rates are listed in US Dollars.

Refunds for Workshops

We do not offer refunds on Workshop Events. If you are unhappy with the workshop, please contact us at info@connecttherapywellness.com. Please write “Feedback” in the subject line.

If there are fewer than eight people registered for the workshop one week out, we reserve the right to cancel it and you will be issued a full refund for your registration. Registering early is encouraged.

Refunds for Merchandise

Please contact us if you have any problems with your order. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to ship the item back if you would like a refund. Please explain before sending merchandise back and include the information of why the item(s) is(are) being returned. Once the item(s) are received, we will issue a refund via the original payment method. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
